We are expanding in key markets through a world-wide network of partners. Our partners work with us to leverage each other’s competencies and offer innovative Prepaid Recharge and Mobile Financial Services (MFS) solutions to clients in their countries and regions with excellent pre-sales & sales support from Estel’s team.
Estel’s Partner Program is designed to help partners capitalize on Estel’s leading technology in the fast-growing Prepaid Recharge and MFS markets globally. As a partner-oriented company, we view our partners as an extension of our team, who play an important role in our go-to-market strategy and thereafter (depending upon the capabilities of the partner) in project implementation & support. Lead sharing, product training, product information, salescollateral and joint sales efforts are among the many benefits of this program, designed to give Estel and its partners a distinct sales advantage for our mutual bottom line and growth objectives.
As a member of the Estel Partner Program, you gain access to our innovative and best-of-breed product portfolio, in addition to your current product portfolio, including following platforms:

When you team up with Estel, you join hands with a Specialist Company which is widely recognised globally for its proven track record of deploying its basic to very complex systems in the Prepaid Recharge and MFS domains. Our partners get access to Estel’s marketing tools, training, certification, co-marketing initiatives & field sales support. The top of the pyramid partners also get technical support training and certification and can generate additional support revenues from their customers. Estel offers two business models for partners, with a brief description below, and you can choose the one which fits you the best.
Gold Partner : co-brand and front end the sales process, with Estel’s support, and business contracting with customers is done by the partner company.
The Gold Partner is required to have a strong sales presence in their respective markets in selling IT solutions preferably in the telecom and BFSI (Banking & Financial Institutions) space.
Platinum Partner : is top of the pyramid partner. They co-brand, front end, contract and also play an active role in project management & providing local technical support to their customers. In some cases, Platinum Partners also undertake Managed Services of Estel’s platforms. Platinum Partners are required to have a high level of in-house IT & Technical skills to provide efficient local support services. Estel provides a much higher degree of knowledge transfer and our platinum partners become quite independent is managing the business in a short period of time.
In addition to having a strong sales & pre-sales skills in selling IT solutions, Platinum Partners are also required to have , an in-house team of technically qualified engineers capable of maintaining and supporting complex IT project implementations.
Estel has recently announced its foray into the Latin & Central American region including the Caribbean Islands and is actively working on expanding its partner network in the region.
