Virendra Hajela, Chairman of the Board

Virendra has over 55 years of experience in starting and managing large businesses in diverse fields for many well known business houses of India such as Shriram, Raunaq and RPG Groups. He has been in telecom, software & IT industries for more than 18 years and has started businesses in data communications, cellular, paging, satellite communications software and systems integration for his previous companies. He served as member of the board of many of these companies and has also been a past Chairman of the ISP Association of India.

He is highly qualified in fields of finance, management and legal affairs. At ESTEL, Virendra is responsible for long term business strategy, investments & financing and legal affairs.

Raj Hajela, Founder & Managing Director

Raj is a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in starting and managing successful technology businesses in fields of software, systems integration, IT services, Internet & Cable TV. With a keen focus on innovation, each of the businesses he started & nurtured have been early adopters & leaders in their chosen technology domains.

Over the years, Raj has played many roles at Estel; since 2004 as its CEO he is responsible for business & product strategy, strategic alliances, new customer acquisition, evangelizing our innovative m-Commerce solutions and leading innovation at Estel.

Raj served as Joint Secretary of ISP association of India in 2001.

Deepak Luthra, Chief Operating Officer

Deepak has over 25 years of multi-functional experience with large Indian companies like Ceat, Tata Motors, RPG Transmission & LML and has been with Estel since 2001. Deepak has a B.Tech from IIT, BHU and a Masters in Business Management.

At Estel, as the Chief Operating Officer, Deepak is responsible for running the day to day business of the company, and managing key customer relationships.

Mahesh Agarwal, Senior Vice President - Finance & Legal Affairs

Mahesh Agarwal, B.Com (H), LL.B; FCA has been heading Corporate Finance & Legal Function of Estel Group as Senior Vice President Finance for over last 8 years. He has over 25 years of experience in managing Finance, Treasury, Taxation, Accounts, Audit, Legal, Company Secretarial functions mainly for Hindusthan Development Corporation Ltd. a multi division & multi location Conglomerate and Dalmia Group of Companies.

Rajendra Goyal, Vice President - Technical

R.K. Goyal, BSC(Hons) Maths, MCA has over 20 years rich experience in IT industry out of which more than 8 years in the Telecom Domain. He has worked with companies such as National Informatics Center, TechBooks Electronic Services Pvt Ltd and Data Access India Limited. He has vast experience in Mediation, Billing and Software Development for OSS/BSS in Telecom Domain.

At Estel, he is responsible for Technology & Product Development and Managed Services.
