Designation	Software Engineer / Senior Engineer
Job Description	1. Responsible for responding to given assignments and development tasks as per project plan,Strategic Approach towards timely completion of given assignments. 2. Analysing requirements and developing technical level structs (classes, methods, patterns etc) as planned by team, and delivering the architectural aspects finalized after open discussions among team. 3. Understand the enterprise framework,Development standards and use methodologies to engage and understand low level operational and ground level technical framework. 4. Understanding the life cycle of a project and solution. 5. Develop and program code as per the defined solution strategy and development plan. 6. Candidate must be a quick learner inorder to quickly adopt to best framework and design pattern as per project requirement. 7. Developing and building modules/code as per given specs.
Skills Required	1. Core Java : candidate should be expert in CORE JAVA , multithreading , java language basics and best coding practices and conventions. 2. WEB Java : candidate should hold experience to atleast one of industry level frameworks (Spring,Struts,JSF,RoR). 3. DB : should be proficient in SQL99, should be expert in at least one Database Suite (MySQL, Oracle, Sybase, Informix etc). 4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Candidate must be a team player and capable of understanding and meeting project's,team's and organizations expectations. 6. Behavioural & Managerial Competencies, High self driven and confidence. 7. Fair knowledge in Telecom Domain preferable.
Qualifications	MCA/ MSc (Relevant Field) / BE or Btech with Industry grade certifications with valid Passport. Preferable: Java/Oracle Certifications.
Experience	3 - 6 Years with minimum 3 Years of programming and development
