| Job Description |
1. Manage post Implementation & Operation Support.
2. Manage Implementation teams by balancing the business interest and client expectations.
3. Managing attrition & refresher training to Delivery Team, Relationship Management with all stakeholders to achieve desired sign offs in timely manner.
4. Ability to do root cause analysis & provide insight to product team for enhancement of the product.
5. Close monitoring of all the clients & ensure defect free support with utmost regards to cost & time overrun.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage & deliver large initiatives involving multiple clients.
7. Good track record of delivering high quality projects in time.
8. Good understanding of IT Infrastructure platforms such as Networking, Storage etc.
9. Hands - on in Linux OS/ DB knowledge.

1. Strong communication skills & ability to forge excellent relationships with customer stakeholders & partners.
2. Provide direction & sets objectives for the project teams, ensuring that team members are motivated and understand their roles & responsibilities.

| Qualifications |
BE/ B. Tech/ MCA with valid Passport preferable.
Minimum 3 yrs of IT Industry Experience, with atleast last 2 -3 years in Managerial Capacity in Telecom (Operations & Support).
