| Job Description |
1. Onsite L2 Support & operations.
2. Issues escalated from L1 level need to be solved.
3. Maintain good relationship with Client Officials at all levels.
4. Ensure compliance & implementation client requirements.
5. Troubleshooting issues with platform & dependant interfaces
6. Analyze the issue & creation of RCA report.
7. Interaction with development team for resolution system process monitoring at all levels.
8. Hardware status monitoring & escalation resolution at all levels.
9. Database monitoring & escalation resolution at all levels.
10. Release Management (Testing, deployment)
11. Bug reporting to L3
12. CR management (Preparation & request specification document)
13. Should have working experience at client site.
14. Excellent knowledge on scripting is required.
15. Should possess knowledge of atleast one database.
16. Should be able to troubleshoot and rectify hardware issues.
17. Provide training to L1

| Skills Required |
1. Should have worked on client side for application support.
2. Should have knowledge of atleast one database- Oracle/Informix/etc.
3. Should have good knowledge in Linux and scripting.
4. Should have experience in handling E-TOPUP products.
5. Should have a valid passport and open to travel abroad.

| Qualifications |
BE/B.Tech/MCA/Graduate or equivalent
RedHat certified. CCNA/CCNP Certification will be an added advantage
Knowledge in telecom domain
