| Job Description |
1. Onsite L1 Support & operations.
2. Maintain good relationship with Client Officials at all levels.
3. Ensure compliance & implementation client requirements.
4. Provide application support on client application.
5. Interaction with development team for resolution system process monitoring at all levels.
6. Hardware status monitoring at all levels.
7. Database monitoring at all levels.
8. Should have working experience at client site.
9. Excellent knowledge on scripting is required.
10. Should possess knowledge of atleast one database.
11. Should have networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills, preferable CCNA/CCNP certified.
12. Should be able to troubleshoot and rectify hardware issues.

2. Should have knowledge of atleast one database- Oracle/Informix/etc.
3. Should have good knowledge in Linux and scripting.
4. Good oral & written communication skills.
5. Exposure to 24 * 7 * 365 environment. (willing to work in shifts)

| Qualifications |
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/Graduate or equivalent
- RedHat certified. CCNA/CCNP Certification will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in telecom domain
