| Job Description |
1. Product pre- dev analysis, building Designing Architecture and ensuring development and progress based on the project plan.
2. Clear knowledge of current technologies prevalent in telecom like language frameworks, databases, communication protocols etc must required, thus being decisive on technologies and software's to adopt for product based on optimum cost and maximum resource utilization can be obtained.
3. Developing and delivering tactical and strategic, enterprise wide, multi- platform solution based on business requirements.
4. Develop and execute the solution strategy and business plan to support the growth of the solution offering.
5. Shaping, designing, and planning specific services lines within solution area.
6. Understand the enterprise framework and use methodologies to engage and understand operational framework and how their solution will be managed through and after deployment.
7. Understanding the life cycle of a project and solution (SDLC).
8. Responsible for responding to RFPs/ RFQs/ RFIs with Strategic Approach towards technical, resource solution based methodologies on Managed Services.
9. Best position the customer solutions to take advantage of the current solution in the future.
10. Pre- sales operations, performing Due- Diligence, Information gathering, analyzing the requirements of clients.
11. Preparing Business Cases, Making presentations to Customers, Responding to their queries and proposal in the desired manner.
12. Establish and enhance relationship with customers/ clients.

| Skills Required |
1. Proficient in Java Technology and also in Hypernate framework.
2. Experience in Telecom product development (SDLC).
3. Experience responding to RFI/ RFP's and drafting proposals, ownership of proposal.
4. Behavioral & Managerial Competencies, High self drive and confidence.
5. Sound knowledge in Telecom Domain.
6. Good knowledge on Databases.

| Qualifications |
1. Essential: ME/ M. Tech/ MCA/ MBA/ BE or B. Tech with Industry grade certifications with valid passport.
2. Preferable: Java/ RedHat/ Oracle Certifications, Project management certifications.
